In September 2026, I sailed my 100th cruise, a milestone I never imagined! To celebrate, I’m sharing stories from the journey. First up: my cruise sailing stats, covering every cruise I’ve logged since February 2014. Cruise number one was Carnival Glory. Cruise number 100 was Virgin Voyages’ Brilliant Lady. A few more numbers
- Carnival made up 64% of all nights, across 22 different Carnival ships.
- 56 of the 100 sailings were seven nights.
- The longest was 25 nights on Carnival Panorama in Oct and Nov 2024.
- 2024 was the biggest year, with 147 nights at sea.

Cruise number one and cruise number 100
Looking back, it’s hard to put in words what This Cruise Life means to me. It’s been such an amazing journey, from cruise number one on Carnival Glory, to cruise number 100 on Virgin Voyages Brilliant Lady.
Since 2014, I’ve spent 716 nights at sea. That’s almost two full years! I’ve sailed eight cruise lines and 44 unique ships. Every one of those sailings has a story behind it, and I’m blessed that I get the chance to share them with you.
